Great stuff, with the many ways I am connecting to the web these days from my Blackberry, Pocket PC and PSP, this review is just in time.

This is it...I finally made the jump, I spoiled myself with the purchase of the PSP (Slim and Lite version): what a marvel of technology! More than a gaming machine, it is a wonderful device to manage and enjoy photos, music and videos.
Within 24 hours of getting it, I was already familiar with its range of accessories and resource web sites.

The best thing about gaming is that you do not need to spend a single cent on buying expensive titles. You can still enjoy some free demos. Here is my personal pick of the best sources:
Zimbio Pilot - PSP DemosAlthough the PSP is not the ideal way to to surf the web, here is a good selection of sites you can enjoy on the device:
- Google
- Orisinal Morning Sunshine
- PSP Fanboy for Mobile
- PSP Flash Gaming
- PSP SWF-Games
- PSP Web Sites - Home of the Free PSP Portal
- PSPeeps.com Playstation Portable PORTAL PSP browser keyboard
- PSP™ (PlayStation®Portable) User's Guide
For accessories, head to eBay where you can get all the accessories and goodies to make your PSP enjoyable, from
cool cases,
memory cards to
screen protectors and
car chargers.
For watching movies, you need a conversion program like
Super to get MP4 format movies.

Great, that's what I need it...Some tools to improve my Wi-fi connection. As my router is in the attic, I am having trouble getting a good reception on the ground floor.
Web Worker Daily has a nice round-up of useful sites / programs.
Many users of Wi-Fi hotspots and home wireless networks know how to use software applications to find signals to connect to, but an all-important next step is to make sure your connection is optimized. Quite a few of the best software utilities for Wi-Fi network optimization are free, and in this post I’ll round up several of the best ones.

I thought long and hard on how I should write my last post for 2007. Instead of rambling on a whole series of items, I decided to focus on the 5 most important things which made an impact on me during the year.
The Blog: Lifehacker
Lifehacker is part of my must-visit blog on a daily basis. It is so addictive, so practical and clever too! Lifehacker is all about tips and tricks to make your life easier, whether it is on the net, at work or at home. It spans the digital world as well as your day-to-day living. I have got a lot of inspiration from this blog and I look forward to great posts.
The Home Page: NetVibes
What is it with Netvibes I crave about? Its slickness? Its customisation? Its speed? Its ability to provide me with my most essential RSS feed headlines on a single page? Well I could go on. Of course, I always challenge myself and blog readers to find me an alternative, so far nothing!
The Source: Digg
Digg was a revelation...The main source of inspiration for some of my posts but also a fantastic place to find in real-time the latest buzz on the web, from tech news to anything under the sun! I should give credit to Digg also as it has enabled me (together with reddit.com) to drive traffic to my site whenever I digged an entry from my blog.
The PIM: Airset
Like I have mentioned on my original post, I am dreading the day when Airset becomes a wholly premium product as its extensive range of features is simply fantastic for a free web servive like this one. The main reason that I did register with Airset was I could not use Outlook at work and as some of readers know, I depend a lot on my personal calendar. Airset is a virtual Outlook but web-based with all the essential tools to manage agendas and contacts. Even if you do not use Outlook, I would go as far as to say this should be your sole Personal Information Manager.
The Browser: Firefox
Just check out the tag Firefox on my blog: more than 60 entries. Sure, I have known and used Firefox for over a year now but in 2007, my passion and addiction of the browser solidified. I just about tolerate using IE (only if I have to!). I have discovered some neat and interresting Firefox extensions this year, a number of which have become a critical part of my browser set-up. With its portable version which I discovered this year, Firefox has open the doors to so many possibilities and made my life on the web a real pleasure!
Happy New Year 2008 to all blog visitors, subscribers and the patient people who actually read what I write!

Another great find from Makeus.com. An amazing site with countless comprehensive tutorials on every topics under the sun.

That lovely time of the year is on its way...I am targeting to get a brand new laptop by middle of next year. So the serious search will begin very soon.
Here is a nice blog I am going to subscribe to: Lapops Arena appears to be a good source where to start my search.

This is a site which explores the history of Manhattan in 3D. Site navigation is a bit cumbersome - so in this case, I would stress style over content: this is more a demonstration of what Flash can do.
The site also re-enforces my theory that we are only using 10% of the full potential of Java and Flash Technology.
