I came across Cozi a couple of months ago. It is basically a web-based calendar tool which allows to share agendas, appointments and lists between users (typically family members). I did not think much of it then, except that I was indeed impressed with its simplicity and slick design.
I got an email notification today that Cozi has now a (beta) an Outlook add-on which synchronises your desktop to your web account...Now we are talking serious stuff!
OK, it is not as intricate and complete as my favorite calendar tool Airset, but it is certainly a very user-friendly medium with attractive design and colour to convert any technophobes!
The other added advantage is that it has the patterns of a wiki without the maintenance/administrative hassles which goes with it.
The Outlook add-on is definetely a big plus and I would recommend this to anyone who is in a position to share his/her calendars with other for social/domestic reasons.
In addition to calendars, Cozi handles notes, lists, messages and mobile texts.

I’ve been using Cozi.com for several months now with an older version of the Outlook sync toolbar. The older version wasn't as good as I would have liked. But the new version is really good. Both my wife and I use the Outlook sync feature to get things out to our phones so we can manage to our schedules. But what is really cool is when we sit down in front of Cozi.com together when we have our pseudo-regular meetings to negotiate who takes on which of the kids' responsibilities. It is easy to assign Mom to Soccer with our son or assign to Dad Art class with our daughter.
If you're looking for a good way to manage your family, this is the best way we've found. Plus, and I know this sounds kind of stupid, but the screen saver is incredible. We find ourselves mesmerized by it.

Sold! Cozi is a great system, and Outlook integration was the one feature I wish it had. Glad they listened to us customers.
